William H. Drumeller, President
William founded the company in 1995. Prior to this, he worked for the National
Labor Relations Board. Beginning in 1988, he began learning the construction
craft by study and by remodeling existing structures.
As President, he is responsible for sales and overall project management.
William received a BBA from James Madison University and an A.M. from the University
of Illinois
In addition to "swinging a hammer," Warren is responsible for working
with owners and architects on:
Budget projections and updates.
Selecting details.
Coordinating details in the field.
Warren received a BA from Penn State University in Horticulture.

David S. Stott, Project Manager
David has been in the construction business since 1985. He's worked all aspects
of construction, from laborer to carpenter, from estimator to project manager.
As a jobsite superintendent, David is responsible for:
Supervising all on-site aspects of construction
Ensuring no corners are cut and no details are overlooked during the
entire construction process.
David received a BA in Biology from the University of Vermont.

Anne D. Edgecomb, Business Manager
Anne assists William in the management of all financial, personnel and administrative
responsibilities for the business. She manages all customer and vendor accounts
ensuring accurate billing and on-time vendor payments. Although new to the construction
business, Anne has 13 years of leadership and management experience in the US
Army, serving worldwide, including a recent deployment to Kuwait. She is currently
an Individual Mobilization Augmentee in the U.S. Army Reserve, serving as an
instructor in the Public Affairs Leadership Department at the Defense Information
School, Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. Anne earned a BS in Biology from James
Madison University, Harrisonburg, Virginia.
