William H. Drumeller, President
William founded the company in 1995. Prior to this, he worked for the National Labor Relations Board. Beginning in 1988, he began learning the construction craft by study and by remodeling existing structures.
As President, he is responsible for sales and overall project management.
William received a BBA from James Madison University and an A.M. from the University of Illinois.

Warren H. Keefer, Project Manager
In addition to "swinging a hammer," Warren is responsible for working with owners and architects on:
· Budget projections and updates.
· Selecting details.
· Coordinating details in the field.
Warren received a BA from Penn State University in Horticulture.
Debbie Shiflett, Office Manager
Debbie, aka "Little Debbie," joined us in 2005 and takes care of our office. She is beyond pleasant and acts as the voice of reason. If you have questions about anything related to billing or you'd just like to talk to someone pleasant - Debbie's your person. We are very lucky to have her.
